Border design
One border design found on some of the kazaks at Hazaad.com is a series of floral motif, or rosettes. These rosettes are often alternated in color and possibly in size as well. This type of border is more often found on rugs with geometric patterns than on rugs with floral or curvilinear patterns. The origins of the pattern itself are rather hard to place based on its use in a wide variety of rugs.
